Oonta Leeda, Exchange Currency Records' newest recording artist back with his second solo "Mind" which, was recorded in December 2014. "Mind" is about the police brutality against Oonta Leeda experience earlier this year by the San Diego Police Department. Such an experience will have one to question one's mental state of mind. He is very affected by his experience to the fact that he becomes very skeptical of the government and have a lack of trust for the police. Furthermore, while also crying out for God Almighty guidance, there was no moral reason for police brutality against African American men, its just pure hatred of the Black race.
Oonta Leeda hopes that the homeless could seek help from community leaders in Southern California so that homelessness could decrease through the years.

Federal Law provides that it is a crime to violate the Rights of the people under the Color-Of-Law.
You can be held personally liable for violating the Personal Liberties of the People, and for
committing ‘Fraud’.
Attempting to cause a person to do something by telling that person that such action is required
by law, when it is not required by law, is not only Fraud, it is a felony and is Treason. Law being the

United States; [or] applying for or enjoying employment or any prerequisite thereof, by any agency of the united states; shall
be fined under this title, or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

Attempting to cause a person to do something by telling that person that such action is required
by law, when it is not required by law, is not only Fraud, it is a felony and is Treason. Law being the
American Constitution, pursuant to Article VI, as well the USC Codes, which are in harmony with
the American Constitution of 1791:
Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 13 §241, §242,and §245 of United States Codes of Law:
18 USC §241: If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory,
commonwealth, Possession, or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the
Constitution or Laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or.
If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with the intent to prevent or hinder his
free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured -
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts
commited in violation of this section, or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggrivated sexual abuse or an
attempt to commit aggrivated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of
years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
18 USC §242: Whoever, under `color' of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any
State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or
protected by the Constitution or Laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such
person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, that are prescribed for the citizens, shall be fined under this title or
imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodilly injury results from the acts commited in violation of this section, or if
such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under
this title or imprisoned not more than ten years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
18 USC §245: provides that Whoever, whether or not acting under color of law, intimidates or interferes with any person from
participating in or enjoying (the estate, identified as) any benefit, service, privilege, program, facility or activity, provided or
administered by (a person / agent / Officer / Public Servant, operating through an agency, corporation, or association of) the
United States; [or] applying for or enjoying employment or any prerequisite thereof, by any agency of the united states; shall
be fined under this title, or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

California Commercial Drivers License - CDL in CA

In this video you'll learn the requirements to receive your CDL in the state of California.
A commercial driver license is a license issued in accordance with Federal Regulations that allows an individual to operate a commercial vehicle. Federal regulations require that an applicant be 18 years or older to apply for a commercial driver license (CDL) and be issued a commercial instruction permit.
You must be at least 21 years old to drive a commercial vehicle across state lines (also known as interstate commerce) in addition you must be 21 in order to haul hazardous materials. You may drive for hire within California if you are 18 years of age or older and do not engage in interstate commerce activities.
To apply for a commercial permit, you will need to:
- Visit a DMV office
- Complete a California Commercial Driver License Application form DL 44C.
- Complete a 10 Year History Record Check form (DL 939)
- Give a thumb print
- Have your picture taken
- Provide verification of your social security number. It will be verified with the Social Security Administration while you are in the office.
- Verify your birth date and legal presence (you may use your California driver license)
- Pay the application fee for a 5-year license
- Pass a vision exam
- Submit a completed Medical Examination Report form DL 51.
- Pass the traffic laws and sign tests for the class of vehicle you will drive. You have three chances to pass the test.
Once you have passed your tests, you will be issued a permit. You can only drive with a person who has a valid California driver license in the class of license that your permit is for and is the specific age required for that class of license.
To apply for your commercial driver license you will need to:
- Call a DMV CDL office and make an appointment for a driving test.
- Bring the type of vehicle for the class you want to drive
- Pass a pre-trip inspection (You have three chances to pass the pre-trip)
- Pass a skills and driving test (You have three chances to pass the skills and driving test)
OR - Submit to DMV a Certificate of Driving Skill (DL 170) if your employer is authorized by
DMV to issue such certificates. Both you and your employer sign this form.
The CDL knowledge tests includes:
- The general knowledge test, taken by all applicants.
- The passenger transport test, taken by all bus driver applicants.
- The air brakes test, which you must take if your vehicle has air brakes, including air over hydraulic brakes
- The combination vehicles test, which is required if you want to drive combination vehicles.
- The hazardous materials test is required if you want to haul hazardous materials as defined
- In order to obtain this endorsement you are also required to pass a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) background check.
- The tank vehicle test, required if you want to haul any liquid or gaseous materials in a tank
- The doubles test is required if you want to pull double trailers.
Skills Tests
If you pass the required knowledge test(s), you can take the CDL skills tests. There are three types of general skills that will be tested: pre-trip inspection, basic vehicle control, and on-road driving.
You must take these tests in the type of vehicle for which you wish to be licensed. Any vehicle that has components marked or labeled cannot be used for the pre-trip inspection test
After you pass your driving test or submit your certificate, you will be issued an interim license valid for 90 days until you receive your new photo license in the mail.
Double check your address before you leave DMV and tell the DMV representative if you have moved or if your address is incorrect. If you have not received your license after 60 days, call 1-800-777-0133 to check the status. Have your interim license with you to provide information when requested.
